3.2. Information Products

Digital guides, templates, checklists and instructional material related to property acquisition processes.

3.3. Physical Goods

Printed manuals, sample forms and other tangible reference materials.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, digital products and physical goods must be paid in full prior to delivery or commencement. We accept various payment methods. Fees are exclusive of any applicable duties or processing charges.

5. Refund Policy

deedchecks maintains a clear refund policy tailored to each category:

• Professional Services: You may postpone or cancel a service appointment up to 7 days before commencement for a full refund. If cancellation occurs after work has commenced but before final delivery, we provide a prorated refund based on the portion of work incomplete. To request cancellation or postponement, please use our contact form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
• Information Products: Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these materials, we do not offer refunds once download or access has been granted. Exceptions are made only where required by applicable law.
• Physical Goods: You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened or unused items in their original condition. Prior authorization via our contact form is required. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 30 days.

6. No-Refund Justification

Information Products are delivered instantly in digital form and cannot be reclaimed once accessed. This policy ensures the integrity of proprietary materials and respects intellectual property rights.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, deedchecks’ total liability arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Zurich.
